<ul><li>Product Management & Innovation</li><ul><li>You will build an international product range of clearly positioned products & brands.</li><li>You will be responsible for the successful management of your product range in terms of growth, profitability, differentiation, innovation & quality.</li><li>You will coordinate the development of innovations that reflect market trends.</li></ul><li> Support for Existing Business and Business Development</li><ul><li>You will initiate and lead projects through to full implementation in the various markets.</li><li>You will support our subsidiaries with their product range and with the launch of innovations.</li><li>You will collaborate to the production strategy of the BU and give support to production units.</li><li>You will give technical support during sales pitches.</li><li>You will follow the market trends and advise the BU on potential developments.</li></ul><li>Promotion and networking</li><li>You will give technical training to the sales teams & R&D colleagues in our subsidiaries worldwide.</li><li>You will establish a network of contacts within universities and other institutions that are active in the area of food.</li><ul><li>People Management</li><li>You coach a team of 3 people & coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. </li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic, communicative Food Technologist with at least 5 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Additional training in marketing is a plus. </li><li>You combine a hands-on mentality and strong business acumen. </li><li>You are also a great team player who can work to achieve results in various different projects. </li><li>You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently. </li><li>As part of your job, you are prepared to travel for 30% of your time.</li></ul> <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic, communicative Food Technologist with at least 5 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Additional training in marketing is a plus. </li><li>You combine a hands-on mentality and strong business acumen. </li><li>You are also a great team player who can work to achieve results in various different projects. </li><li>You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently. </li><li>As part of your job, you are prepared to travel for 30% of your time.</li></ul> To apply for this job, please click on the "apply now!" button.
