The Market Manager supports the National Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of a Trade Marketing strategy for the local markets.
Therefore, the Market Manager has to :
- Develop a deep understanding of the operator and distributor (processes, needs, problems ...)
- Translate these needs of operators in inputs for the Innovation strategy, roadmap and activities for central marketing
- Develop and implement the most effective and efficient talor made trade marketing plan for the Bunisess Unit to get the best results in push and pull activities.
- Organise, implement and evaluate marketing activities
- Take care of product launches and promotions
- Master degree
- 3-5 years of Marketing or Trade Marketing experience, preferably in the B-to-B.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English (speaking, writing, reading)
- Competences : Ability to work under stress, Progress control, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork ,Market-orientation, Written communication.
